The desktop application runs on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later), macOS 13 or later.
Installing the desktop application
- Open the downloaded WalkHelm-mac.zip. It unpacks to WalkHelm.app.
- Drag WalkHelm.app into Applications, then open it.
- If your Mac says it cannot check the app, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, click Open Anyway and confirm.
Installing the Chrome extension
- Open the downloaded WalkHelm-Capture.zip. It unpacks to a WalkHelm-Capture folder. Keep that folder; Chrome loads the extension from it.
- In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions.
- Turn on Developer mode, top right.
- Click Load unpacked and pick the WalkHelm-Capture folder.
